It is beneficial for high school junior and senior students to begin gathering information on post-secondary opportunities. Some students will move on to college, while others may be looking for specialized training to enter the world of work. Students will have the opportunity to meet with representatives from various institutions of learning, thanks to College Night 2015.

College Night 2015, hosted by the School District of Lee County and the Suncoast Credit Union Foundation, is being held from 5-8 pm on Tuesday, September 22nd at the Harborside Event Center, 1375 Monroe St., Fort Myers.

The event will feature over 100 representatives from different colleges, universities, art and culinary institutes, and military academies. Some of the finest post-secondary institutions in the country will be represented. These representatives reserve a booth to display information pertaining to their institution and they are there to answer any questions students or their families may have. A list of participating institutions is available at: http://www.leeschools.net/news-and-events. This list is updated daily.

This event is free and open to the public; however, it is designed for 11th and 12th grade students.

A generous grant from the Suncoast Credit Union Foundation has helped defer the cost for the use of the Harborside Event Center.
