The last day of school is always the best !

The Eighth Grade Dance is the most fabulous event of the year!. Students dressed in their best and had a terrific time.

APRIL 2007

Students at PLDMS had the opportunity to showcase the culture from different countries in the world through dances and songs. Students from the Multicultural Club graciously danced to Merengue, Salsa, Bachata and Zapateado music. Students from the Step Club showed their best talent as they participated in a beautifully-choreographed Step dance routine. Another highlight of the day was the participation of the PLDMS chorus and the French Club, who delighted the audience with a South African song and a popular French song respectively.

Students from Orange River Elementary were invited for this special day. They charmed the audience with dances from Colombia and Venezuela. A group of 1st graders shared their enthusiasm and energy as they danced to the Conga music. The faculty, staff, and students appreciated the participation of these young dancers in our event. The Multicultural Day at PLDMS was a day of learning, fun, and appreciation of the cultures that are represented in our school and in our community.
