If you missed our Student Assignment Open House, please schedule a personal tour during the school day. CONGRATULATIONS ! Please congratulate our nine award recipients from the Thomas Edison Regional Science Fair held over the weekend at the Harborside Event Center. These students have worked hard and have been dedicated to their project since October. They have really allowed our school to shine at the regional level. Awards were announced Feb. 10th. Dunbar Middle School students placed in seven different categories. These students deserve tons of congratulations as they have competed against 390 students from all over the area! The award winners are: Ty Christoff-Animal Science Ty Christoff and Tarini Chandok both won 1st Place in their division, and will be going to the State Science Fair in April. They also won a 4 year scholarship to FGCU. Click here for complete results.

&Library Books
If your child has text or library books that were
not returned to school please look around for them so they can be
returned.. All Lee County Schools have a data base which will allow
a student's record to follow him to a new school, so if your child
did not return books or lost a book, the personnel at his new school
will be asking for these books.
The average cost of a middle school textbook is $55.00, so it becomes
very expensive to replace books that were provided to a student and
not returned. Please help us to provide books for all our students.
