GENERAL INFORMATION

Students who wish to participate in the PLDMS Intramural Sports and Activities program must provide the Intramural Eligibility form as well as the Student Participation and Parental Approval Form in order to be eligible to tryout and participate. Please note, each student needs just one of the Intramural Eligibility form for the entire year, but the School District of Lee County requires a new Student Participation

and Parental Approval form for EACH CLUB AND SPORT that your student chooses to participate in. Links to both forms can be found at the bottom of the page.

Please be advised that some of the dates and times of athletic events and clubs are subject to change or be cancelled. Please check your “Happenings” email from PLDMS for the most up to date changes to a schedule as well as a reminder of other upcoming events here on campus.

We also have sponsorship opportunities debuting this year! For information on what you can do to assist our Eagles in their respective sports, please see the link below that reads “Athletics and Activities Sponsorship Opportunity Information” for more information. Some perks for sponsors include but are not limited to banners with your business logo hung up in our gymnasium or on our fence facing Winkler Avenue, Eagle Athletics apparel, your company logo being featured on our Eagle Athletics website, etc. Please contact Ms. Jen Smith or Mr. Aaron Hubers if you are interested!
